MILUPA PKU 3-ADVANTA is a phenylalanine-free blend of pure L-amino acids with carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals.
It is indicated as a protein substitute in the nutritional management of adolescents over 14 years and adults with phenylketonuria and hyperphenylalaninemia.

Dosage and use

The daily dose of MILUPA PKU 3-ADVANTA required to meet the daily protein requirement is subject to age, body weight, and individual tolerance level to phenylalanine. This dose, therefore, must be periodically adjusted by the doctor.
The daily amount of MILUPA PKU 3-ADVANTA should be administered in 3-5 single servings in addition to calculated doses of other foods.
Diets based on MILUPA PKU 3-ADVANTA must meet the daily requirement of energy, essential fatty acids, and phenylalanine.
When used in addition to beverages, do not exceed the maximum concentration of 10g per 100 ml.
